YOU MUST READ THESE TO GET IN - NO EXCEPTIONS.

In order to conserve space, let me just say upfront, if you break the rules, we will find you out. We will ban you and/or take other action to stop your rule breaking. They aren't hard to follow, so please just follow the rules.

1.) Do not use bots, or auto connection programs to connect to the files, this lags the server.

2.) Dialup users may have trouble downloading because many dial up ISP's have their own time outs set which end before you can connect to the server.

3.) Do not use FTP or any other method to download. You can ONLY use the links on www.princessserenity.net and download through your browser.

4.) DIRECT LINKING TO ANY OF THESE FILES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN & ENFORCED.

5.) Unless you want to watch the episode in your browser, right click the link, and select "save file as" so it saves to your computer.

6.) Repeat the step above if a media player opens the episode instead of it downloading.

7.) Please note that at any given time the site may be temporarily down for maintenance.

8.) Only download one file at a time. If you try to be a bandwidth hog you will be banned by the server owners.

9.) To view all the media on the site you will need to have all of the media players on your computer. This includes real player, windows media player, DivX, and quicktime. If you don't have one or all of them, google for them.

10.) Don't bookmark the episode pages, they reset to here anyways.

11.) If you have problems downloading, it is MOST LIKELY YOU AND NOT US. Before contacting anybody try troubleshooting with the following:

a) software firewall (solution: shut off)

b) background virus scanner (solution: shut off)

c) other internet security software (solution: shut off)

d) some routers with internal firewall (solution: reconfigure or shut off)

e) browser that has a very short time out margin (for example: firefox), (solution: try another browser. IE seems to work best)

f) your ping is to low (solution: shut down any other programs/computers that might use the internet connection)

g) if you're using a proxy it might be the proxy doesn't like this site (solution: change proxy).

If you use any other method to try and get assistance, Bunny and/or any other PS.net Staff members reserve the right to get thoroughly irritated with you.

12.) IF you have problems downloading, DO NOT contact Bunny directly, ever. Apologizing for contacting her anyways is JUST AS BAD, it is blatant disrespect of her wishes. She does not offer free technical support 24/7 for all your computer woes, because YES, if you can't download there is a 98% chance it is something on your end and has nothing to do with anything she needs to do on her end, which means if she or other staff help you it is because they are nice, not because it's their fault it doesn't work for you. If you have problems, go to the site forum, that's what it's there for. Bunny and the other PS.net staff members are on the site forum and WILL help you with your issues there.

13.) The point of rule thirteen is that there is no rule thirteen. This is here because too many people downloading from this website didn't read the rules and broke them. Especially regarding complaining to Bunny about all kinds of issues she has no control over. As a result, we have had to take drastic measures to keep these files online & keep our sanity. Please understand this website gets over 200,000 hits a day, so imagine the nightmares worth of emails the staff receives on a daily basis and then deal with it for 8 years. *falls over* If you have gotten to this point, thank you for reading all of our rules. This is your last warning to obey all of the rules, as we have decided to set up a wall of shame for anyone dumb enough to still break them after all this.
