Note: Hotaru's name doesn't change
Professor Tomoe's Lab
In a dark room, a girl sat in a high
chair, surrounded by stuffed toys. The room was filled with a
strange mist and the girl breathed slowly and with difficulty.
Professor Tomoe came in and asked her
how she was feeling. She spoke into a microphone, and her voice
sounded scratchy. She demanded that he find her a pure heart.
Later, at a meeting, the professor
explained his new strategy to the members of Witches 5. His plan
was to use new daimons that would swallow the heart until they
got back to the lab. Suddenly he realized Mimet wasn't paying
attention. She was reading comics under her desk. He threw a
fit! She hid the comics, but she dropped some photos. He looked
at them and saw they were of a handsome young actor. She was
quite embarrassed. She said he was the next target for a pure
heart. The professor forgot about being angry and ran to his
lab.
Tomoe put an old pistol in his revised
daimon machine. Lights flashed and a new daimon was created.
A box popped out from the machine and Mimet took it and left.
She came out from one of the secret exits, this time a furniture
store!
Raye's Room
Trista was telling them about the Purity
Chalice. If the right person touched it, the world would be saved
, but if the wrong person did, the future as they knew it wouldn't
exist. Raye remembered her dream, and realized that she must
be talking about the same thing. Then Trista left, saying that
she had to help Amara and Michelle find the Sovereign.
The girls were disappointed that they
didn't include them on this mission. Luna and Artemis figured
they had their reasons. Amy said that they should try to find
their own way to find the Sovereign. Rini got there to see that
Trista wasn't there. She wanted her to take her to the park.
She looked at Serena but Serena said she was too busy. Lita asked
which park, and she told her. Mina suddenly volunteered to take
her.
Serena told Mina she didn't have time
to take her, and Mina complained that Serena sounded like Amy.
Amy wanted to know what was going on at the park. Mina knew she
was in for in. She said that they were shooting an Joshua Eda
movie over there. Serena instantly said she would take Rini.
Lita went along with it, and so did Raye. Serena asked Amy to
come along, saying that the Sovereign may be there. She knew
Amy wasn't gonna buy that, but boy did Amy surprise her! She
said she would come along just because he was a total babe. Luna
and Artemis sighed.
The Park
Mimet arrived at the park where Joshua
was shooting his new movie. She said she was a big fan and that
she had some homemade goodies for him. She ran towards the set,
screaming his name, but three girls blocked her path. They knocked
her down and stomped on her cakes, saying that Joshua didn't
like sweets. Then they turned around and walked off. Mimet was
shocked and upset.
A man came over to her. It was Joshua
and his co-star. He told her that some of his fans were very
mean. He tried some of her cakes and said they were very good.
She thought he had fallen in love with her at first sight. She
decided to let him finish the movie first, and then kill him,
thinking that he was very romantic to give his heart to her...so
to speak.
Mimet, Serena, and the other girls
watched a romantic scene that he was shooting. Poor Rini was
stuck in the back, jumping up and down, yelling that she couldn't
see. Suddenly, a gust of wind took the hat right off of her head.
She yelled for someone to try and catch it.
The hat blew past a pretty girl dressed
in black. She got up and chased after it.
The girl seemed to have trouble running,
but managed to catch it before it fell in the river. Rini caught
up to her a few moments later. She thanked her, and then realized
that she wasn't ok. The girl said she wasn't, but it would pass
in a moment. She was shaking, but then it stopped.
Rini held her hand out. "I'm Rini,
rhymes with Teeny," she laughed. She asked her if she wanted
to play with her. The girl was surprised. "My name is Hotaru,"
she said.
During a break, Joshua and his co-star
went off behind some trees. She was scared someone would see
them. He said he would risk it since they had so little time
to be alone. Then they kissed.
Mimet had followed them because she
wanted Joshua's autograph before she killed him. When she saw
him with his girlfriend, she was steamed! She ripped off her
trenchcoat to reveal a black and yellow "Witch" outfit.
She called forth her daimon, Western. She was dressed like a
character from a Western movie, and she started chasing Joshua
around, shooting at him with her pistol.
Western's horse was actually a pogo
stick with a horse's head, so she didn't move very fast. They
ran right past Hotaru and Rini. Rini realized it was a daimon,
but she knew she couldn't transform in front of Hotaru. Mimet
saw the girls who crushed her cakes and told Western to shoot
them, too. She shot them with water(or maybe it's ink). Everyone
on the set was screaming and running around. The girls were having
a picnic behind the bushes. That when they saw the daimon. They
transformed and approached the daimon.
Sailor Moon used her Moon Spiral Heart
Attack, but the daimon shot through the hearts from the attack.
They were shocked. Sailor Mercury figured it must be a stronger
type of daimon.
Joshua's girlfriend tried to protect
him, but Western threw a horseshoe around her neck, and she fell
over. Then she blew her icy breath on him, removing his pure
heart. She swallowed it instantly. The Scouts were plenty grossed
out.
Mimet told Western to get back to the
lab, but suddenly, Western was hit by a surprise attack. Uranus
and Neptune were on the scene, but they still weren't powerful
enough.
Rini and Hotaru were hiding in the
bushes, but Mimet spotted them. Mimet ordered for Western to
take Hotaru hostage. She threw the lasso at her, but Rini jumped
in the way, and they got her instead. Mimet said the Scouts better
let them go, or they would kill Rini.
"Pluto Dead Scream!"
A purple bolt blasted the daimon's hand and destroyed the lasso.
Everyone looked and saw that it was Sailor Pluto. She told Sailor
Moon to go to her second form. She held up the Purity Chalice.
"Moon Crisis Power!"
"Rainbow Moon Heart Ache!!"
and the daimon was destroyed.
Mimet cried and ran away. Super Sailor
Moon went back to her original form, but was feeling weak. Rini
and Hotaru walked away a bit.
Hotaru thanked Rini and said she was
sorry for causing her to get hurt trying to help her. Rini said
it was just a scratch. Hotaru closed her eyes. There was a strange
purple glow and the cut was healed! Rini was amazed. Hotaru said
no liked her just because she was different. They thought the
power was gross. Rini thought it was cool. She was about to thank
her when another attack came on. This one was worse than before.
Rini ran to get help.
Meanwhile, Sailor Moon returned the
heart to Joshua. Uranus said that she could keep the Chalice
for now, and she and Neptune turned to leave. Sailor Moon said
that they should find the Sovereign together. They said that
they were on a different league than they were. Mars and Venus
got pretty steamed, saying that Pluto was choosing favorites.
Pluto turned around and followed Uranus and Neptune.
Later...
Hotaru had recovered form the attack,
but was still weak. Rini walked with Hotaru to her house, where
she met her dad, Professor Tomoe. He was worried because Hotaru
was so late. She introduced Rini to her father and he thanked
her for getting Hotaru home safely. Rini thanked Hotaru for healing
her cut and ran home, very happy she had a new friend.
Hotaru went to her bedroom, and her
father told her goodnight. Then he walked down the hall, grabbed
a white labcoat and went inside the lab.
