Darien showed Rini a backpack shaped
like a bunny and asked if she wanted him to buy it for her. Rini
said yeah. Serena was jealous and took it out on Luna by squishing
her. She asked why Darien favored Rini. He said she needed a
backpack because she was going on a picnic. Serena's mood quickly
changed. She asked him if they could go a picnic together, just
the two of them. Rini insisted that he take her, too. The two
girls started pulling Darien in opposite directions.
He said that he would take both of
them on a picnic. Hotaru happened to walk by and saw the three.
Darien was holding Rini in one arm and his other arm was linked
with Serena's. She was reminded of how she used to play with
her parents when she was younger.
Rini saw Hotaru and ran out of the
store. Hotaru apologized and ran away. Serena wondered why she
kept running away. She remembered that Amara had told her to
keep Rini away from Hotaru, but she didn't think she was bad.
Later, Rini took the bunny backpack
to Hotaru's house and asked Kaorinite. Hotaru snatched it from
Kaorinite and found a note inside. She was invited to a picnic.
Kaorinite said that she couldn't go. Then the professor appeared
and stated otherwise, that a picnic would be a great idea. He
apologized for not being able to take her because he was so busy
with his research.
Darien came in his car to pick up Serena
and Rini. Serena had packed a huge basket of food that barely
fit in his trunk. Hotaru hadn't shown yet and Rini was looking
awfully bummed. Suddenly...
"Hotaru!" shouted Rini. She
ran and hugged her. Hotaru was very happy to see her and was
happy that she decided to come.
Darien drove them to a beautiful park
with a large greenhouse and botanical gardens. Rini runs up to
a huge clearing and yells for them to hurry up. Darien takes
pictures of everyone. They were all very good, except the one
of Serena. Poor girl fell over when she snapped the picture.
The girls start playing games and Amara, Michelle, and Trista
are nearby, watching them.
Hotaru falls over jumping over Serena's
back. Darien goes over to help her up. Rini attempts to jump
over Rini's back, but instead, falls right on her! They starts
arguing, while Hotaru and Darien get sweat drops on their heads.
He says that one of his friends works in the building, and they
go in.
Witches 4 H.Q.
Mimet is sitting at her computer. The
professor calls her and asks what color roses she likes. She
says if they're free, she'll take a million pink ones. He suggests
going after someone with a pure heart for botany, and Mimet brings
someone up on the computer. The professor puts a rose in the
daimon oven. Mimet walks off with the box.
Greenhouse
Everyone goes inside and looks at all
the flowers and plants. Darien finds his friend, and he remarks
about always being around pretty ladies. Serena questions that,
but Darien just shrugs it off. A bunch of kids jump on the man
and call him daddy. There are 6 in all, and they are shocked
by just how many there are. Darien says that a lot more than
last time. Mimet is walking through the park and sees the target
with all the kids. He sends them back to their mother, and Mimet
gets kinda freaked out.
Everyone is having lunch, and Hotaru
gives a little to Luna. Rini isn't eating her salad. She says
that Darien isn't eating his either. "Oh, he isn't?"
Serena turns to him and asks why he isn't eating it. He said
he wasn't that hungry. Serena gives him a look. "OH, ALRIGHT!
I'LL EAT IT!" Darien exclaims, and starts stuffing it down
his throat. Rini starts to eat hers, then. Hotaru laughs and
then gets sad, remembering how long it's been since her family's
been on a picnic. Darien's friend says that sometimes, adults
get too busy and they don't have time for picnics. Mimet is watching
from inside the building. She sees Darien and wants to take his
heart, but then she remembered that the professor wanted the
botanist.
Everyone goes into the rose room, and
the man says that most of the stock of roses in Japan is in this
room. He says that they can make hybrids of any color by using
the newest technology. Hotaru gets sad about using technology
to make flowers, and that they should be left alone. Everyone
goes into the tropical plants room, but Hotaru stays behind.
Mimet comes up to Darien and asks him a question about a plant.
Serena gets mad and told her to go ask the botanist. Mimet says
that he looks very smart and thought he would. She asks if they
could talk alone.
Darien says that this is a family day.
She asks if they are his sisters. He says his future wife and
daughter and leaves. She gets mad and is about to let out the
daimon, but she can't. Serena is really happy that he said "future
wife". Luna said that she acted like it was new news. Rini
is getting worried about Hotaru, and Darien says it would be
a good idea to go and find her. Suddenly, a thunderstorm hits,
with rain and hail. A glass breaks in the greenhouse and the
lights go out. Darien tells Serena that they should go and help
keep the rain out.
Rini is looking for Hotaru, when a
bolt of lightning hits. She gets scared. In a smaller building,
the man is trying to fix a hole. The piece of wood won't stay
up, but Hotaru comes and helps him to hold it up. He says he
wants to protect the buds that are below them because they are
resistant to diseases. Mimet throws a shovel at the ladder they're
standing on and they fall. She lets the daimon out. When she
gets out, the man remarks about her having dull petals. She gets
mad and takes his pure heart. Rini goes to the back and transforms.
Then she introduces herself.
The daimon's fingers grows yellow roses
and she throws them at Mini Moon. A red rose appears and stops
them. "How dare you use my trademark for evil," says
Tuxedo Mask. He says that if she was blushing from his entrance,
for her to check this out. He throws his cape around and there
in the spotlight stood Sailor Moon. She says her little speech.
The daimon grows thorns all over her, but Mini Moon uses her
Pink Sugar Heart Attack(it actually works this time!). She grabs
Moon and Mini Moon, but Tuxedo Mask breaks them free. The daimon
recovers, but has no arms, so she grows roots into the ground.
They come up and grab everyone, but Hotaru comes to the rescue!
She grabs a root and sends tremendous
power through it. The roots crack and dry. Sailor Moon goes to
her second form and uses her Rainbow Moon Heart Ache. Mimet gets
mad and leaves. The Outer Scouts are in the back watching. Uranus
comments that the power was pure evil.
After the storm, all the kids are around
the man to make sure he's alright. He says he must've been sleeping
or something. His wife was standing there, also, and it looks
as if she 's pregnant again(Don't these people know when to stop?).
Everyone looks up to see a rainbow. Rini says it's especially
for Hotaru.
